The Grassroots Motorsports Magazine Promotion provides readers of the magazine a 10% discount on the purchase of a Sprint Booster V3 unit. Users with the promotional code disclosed inside the respective magazine issue are allowed to enter the code at the time of checkout on the Sprint Booster website. The code will be disclosed in Grassroots motorsports magazines issues from April through June.

1.0 Participation

1.1 The terms contained in this Promotional offer (Grassroots Promotional Terms) apply to all promotional offers and communications available through our Platforms (website, print, social media) and, together with any applicable specific promotional terms, can also be referred to as “Standard Promotional Terms”.

1.2 In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these terms, between applicable Standard Promotional Term or Sprint Booster Terms and Conditions of Use, the Governing Sprint Booster Terms & Conditions shall prevail, followed by these Standard Promotional Terms, but only to the extent necessary to resolve such conflict or inconsistency.

1.3 The period of time during which each Promotion will run will be specified in the applicable Specific Promotional Terms inside the appropriate Grassroots magazine issue. The April promotional period will run from April 20^th 2020 until May 22^nd 2020. The May promotional period will run from May 20^th 2020 until June 22^nd 2020. The June promotional period will run from June 20^th 2020 until July 22^nd 2020. Each Promotion will automatically close at the end of the relevant Promotion Period, at which point no further participation in that Promotion will be possible. Where no Promotion Period is specified the relevant Promotion will end when it is discontinued.

1.4 Unless otherwise indicated in the Promotion Communication, participation in this Grassroots Promotion is open to players from any of Our Platforms but is limited to one per person, family, household, address or organization.

2.0 Eligibility

2.1 To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, You must:

• Be a Canadian or American resident currently located in the US or Canada.
• Obtain a Grassroots Motorsports Magazine containing the 2020 Sprint Booster promotional ad featured in April, May and June issues.
• Be eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the legal age of majority in your home country, state or province.

2.2 Participation in this Promotion is voluntary. Users are required to purchase a Sprint Booster V3 unit in order to qualify for the promotion.

2.3 To participate in this Promotion, You should follow the instructions set out in the relevant Promotional Communication, on the individual web landing page for that Promotion and, where appropriate, the applicable Specific Promotional Terms. Participants can find the necessary promotional code inside the Grassroots magazine issue within the respective issues (April issue, May issue, June issue).

2.4 Participants are reuired to enter the given promotional code at checkout, while using Sprint booster official website; www.sprintboosterusa.com, www.sprintboostercanada.com All other affiliate, partnered or unauthorized Sprint Booster websites are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

3.0 Restrictions & Exclusions

3.1 If a non-Qualifying user participates in this Promotion, We reserve the right to disqualify the participant. Should any user or participant attempt to redeem this promotion through other authorized Sprint Booster dealers, each individual authorized dealer is permitted to reject a participant in accordance with their company policies and terms of sale.

3.2 Participants are permitted the discount as it pertains to the purchase of V3 model Sprint Booster throttle controller, all replacement parts and other Sprint Booster products are excluded from this promotion.

3.3 This offer is not valid to participants and residents within the Canadian province of Quebec.
